Washington Oral Surgeon Moves Practice to New, State-of-the-art Facility
Surgeon breaks ground and seeks renters for new commercial property
WASHINGTON, PA—Dr. Steven Krakora of Western Pennsylvania Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery announces that his practice will be relocating to a new, state-of-the-art location this fall. After spending 11 years at their current location, Krakora and his team have outgrown their space. Krakora sought a more spacious facility to better serve their patients. When he couldn’t find it, he decided to build it. But Krakora and his team never wanted to leave Washington. Their love and passion for the people of Washington keeps them rooted in the community.
Krakora’s new building, Western Pennsylvania Professional Centre, will be located just across the street from his current practice, and he’ll have plenty of room to accommodate the most advanced medical technologies in his new office. “I work for a doctor who is modern and high tech,” says Kathy Bentlejewski, Krakora’s office manager. She and the other members of Krakora’s staff look forward to the opportunities they will have to improve patient care in the new building.
Western Pennsylvania Professional Centre will be located on Franklin Drive in a well-trafficked area beside the Wild Things Baseball Stadium. In addition to Krakora’s office, there will be three or four more flexible, available units. Krakora is seeking fellow medical practices to lease this new office space, but other types businesses will be considered too. Construction is just beginning, so interested tenants may customize their units to their needs with as little or as much involvement in construction as they want. Visit wpapc.net to learn more about the units and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
