For most patients, we simply place two dental implants per arch into your jaw that will connect to and support a denture prosthetic. Our surgeons use guided X-Nav technology when placing your implants so that they are in the precise location necessary for the most support. Patients who have been missing teeth or wearing dentures for some time may have experienced bone loss in the jaw. We offer bone grafting treatments to restore lost bone in order to support the implants effectively. If you currently wear dentures, we can either upgrade your current prosthesis to support the implants, or have a new denture created. This denture will then securely “snap” onto the implants for a firm hold. This drastically improves your bite strength, chewing ability, and completely removes the fear of your denture slipping or falling out!
