A staff of certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants trained in I.V. sedation are able to provide patients with constant attention during and after surgery to ensure that the communities of Washington, PA and the Pittsburgh area have access to the highest quality dental services and procedures available.
Amber graduated from The Bradford School in 2016 with her degree in Dental Assisting. When she’s not working she enjoys traveling, camping and playing with her adorable nieces.
Ashley graduated from West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2008. Then she went to West Virginia Northern where she obtained her degree in surgical technology in 2015 and has been working in oral surgery ever since. In her spare time she enjoys going to concerts, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and going to Pirate games. She is also very busy planning her upcoming wedding!
Krystal has been a dental assistant for 7 years. She graduated from The Bradford School of Business in 2012 and has been working in oral surgery for 4 years. Krystal enjoys spending time outdoors with her son and attending car-related events in the Pittsburgh area.
Michelle graduated from the Western School of Health and Business in 2006 with her certificate in Dental Assisting. When she’s not working she’s a hockey mom to her 2 boys.
Brenda is a certified medical assistant, registered dental assistant , and a certified ophthalmic technician. She has been working in the medical field for 27 years, 5 of which were spent in dentistry. Outside of work she is an avid runner and gardener and she loves spending time with her family of five.
Kathy has been a Dental Assistant for the past 17 years, and recently switched to a Surgical Assistant the last 3 of those years. She loves working with people, especially her patients. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her son, her boyfriend and their 3 dogs. Kathy also likes to cook, watch movies and work on projects at her house.

Kathy has been working at Western Pennsylvania & Ohio Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the very beginning. For a total of 12 years, Kathy has been helping Dr. Krakora build his practice into what it is today. Thanks to Kathy, all your billing and financial questions will be answered.

For a total of 10 years, Lisa has been working with Dr. Krakora and his team. She currently works in the administrative department helping schedule patients and organize surgery schedules. Her previous experience as a surgical assistant for Dr. Krakora provides her with hands-on experience in oral and maxillofacial surgeries. Her favorite part of working for our practice is assisting patients and ensuring they are comfortable. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband on the motorcycle, Jeeping, and wine tasting.
Rebecca has been with us a little over a year working with insurance companies and in our billing department. When she is not at work she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, wine tastings, and spending time with her daughter and family.
